I think I've already explained this several times (unless you never actually brought this up on fr, in which case there's a chance I might have just told you to put it in the right place or ignored you those times as well - do please learn how to submit bugs under the correct projects), but this is a fr-specific issue caused by how fr uses DPL and will not be fixed. Categories added ''via'' DPL will no longer be registered with MediaWiki due to DPL being treated as a presentation-only extension for performance and security reasons. Running maintenance scripts will not change this. And it looks like the rest of your issues also about fr, so... again, please stop bringing things up on random other wikis if you want to be taken seriously. Thanks.
